Key Responsibilities:
- Stitching & Assembling – Cut, sew, and assemble medical garments with accuracy.
- Quality Control – Ensure each product meets industry and safety standards.
- Fabric Handling – Work with specialized materials like fluid-repellent, breathable, and antimicrobial textiles.
- Pattern & Design Interpretation – Follow technical specifications for scrubs, gowns, aprons, and other medical apparel.
- Machine Operation – Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines for efficient production.
- Process Improvement – Assist in identifying ways to improve workflow and reduce fabric waste.
- Collaboration – Work alongside production and quality teams to meet deadlines and ensure product excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in tailoring, stitching, or garment production (preferably in uniforms, medical wear, or workwear).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Knowledge of industrial sewing machines, fabric cutting, and garment assembly.
- Ability to follow technical specifications and patterns accurately.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety protocols in medical textile manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
