Manager Production

Seeking an experienced Production Manager.

Shalex Meditech, for it's AMTZ unit, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role requires a results-driven professional to ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in line with our mission to deliver innovative Sterilization Assurance and protective textile solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and output.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain industry standards.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Lead and mentor the production team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, procurement, and quality assurance, to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in production management, preferably in textiles or healthcare manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.A degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
